The website does not store the form in a website database. It prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application addressed to relax@enzowellness.com. The visitor reviews and sends that draft, and delivery is governed by the visitor’s email provider and ENZO’s email service.
The site defines first-party conversion events, but no advertising pixels are connected. Event payloads contain page, service, area, and visit-type categories—not free-text notes, diagnoses, or child information.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by ENZO, email relax@enzowellness.com. Do not include diagnoses or detailed medical or child information in an ordinary email.
