A request, not a rushed reservation
Mobile scheduling has one extra layer: the route. Your request includes the service you are considering, your community or ZIP code, and a few preferred windows. Adrienn then confirms the travel plan, timing, setup, and current menu before anything is finalized.
That approach protects the quality of the visit. It allows realistic buffers between homes and prevents a private session from feeling like another appointment racing the clock.
Before Adrienn arrives
You receive concise preparation notes tailored to the confirmed service. ENZO needs a clear, safe path into the home and a modest area for the agreed setup. Parking, stairs, pets, household activity, and accessibility can be discussed without judgment.
You do not need to stage a perfect room. The goal is a practical, private setting in a home that is being lived in.
Arrival, consent, and setup
Adrienn identifies herself, confirms the plan, prepares the agreed linens and tools, and reviews comfort, boundaries, pressure, and areas included. Consent is ongoing: you can change your mind, adjust pressure, pause, or stop.
Only the information necessary to provide the service should be collected on the ordinary website. Detailed medical information belongs in a separate secure intake process after a request is accepted.
The part a storefront cannot give you
When the session ends, you are already home. There is no lobby, no traffic, and no immediate transition back into public space. You can drink water, sit quietly, or return to the day at your own pace. That continuation is one of the central reasons ENZO is mobile by design.
